Pedro Arellano

Pedro Arellano is a CPA that has extensive experience providing financial and operational consulting to debtors, secured creditors, unsecured creditors’ committees, and private equity funds in both out-of-court restructurings and Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.  During his 15+ years in financial consulting, Pedro has advised secured lenders and under-performing companies in complex debt restructurings and financings.  He has advised companies in a wide range of industries including health care, manufacturing, heavy constructions, retail, and transportation.

Pedro has assumed interim management roles including CFO and Finance Director.  In addition he has also represented Creditors’ Committees. Pedro is skilled in cash and working capital management, bankruptcy, financial modeling and transaction support.  His industry experience includes pharmaceuticals, healthcare, consumer products, manufacturing, retail and industrial services.

Pedro received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bradley University.  He received both his CPA and CIRA designation while working at KPMG/Mesirow Financial Consulting.  He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
