Who We Are
Alyssa Grover has 15 years of finance and operations experience supporting a variety of businesses in the professional services, manufacturing, and non-profit sectors. Prior to joining Navera Group, Alyssa held positions as Accounting Manager, Director of FP&A and Interim Controller in various companies. She has a passion for engaging and supporting entrepreneurs in all aspects of their company’s finances and operations. Alyssa began her professional career at a startup manufacturing company where she grew into Director of HR, Operations and Finance. Upon its sale, she joined a regional CPA firm south of Boston, serving as their lead associate for in-house bookkeeping, payroll management and client QuickBooks integrations/training for several years.
Alyssa received her bachelor’s degree from Bridgewater State University. She also currently serves as the board treasurer for a non-profit preschool and local booster organization.
