Steve Todd

Steve Todd is an attorney and a CPA and serves on Navera's Advisory Board.  He has provided services to over one hundred companies in multiple industries as interim executive management and financial advisor.  His engagements have resulted in over $600 million in capital transactions.  Steve’s clients have ranged from pre-revenue to over $750 million in revenue.

As a result of his leadership ability, acumen and devotion to securing the optimum solution, Steve quickly gains his clients’ trust and confidence resulting in rapid improvement and lasting change.  His insightful assessment of a business and its challenges has assisted many C-suite executives, private equity companies and lenders chart a course for success.

Steve is accustomed to providing specialized services to companies in various stages of transition.  His vast experience, judgment and intuition is often called upon  to advise and/or manage companies dealing with a single challenge or many issues, including: cash and working capital management, liquidity planning, credit facility, lease negotiations, creditor management, crisis management, bankruptcy, forensic investigation, collateral assessment as well pre and post merger, acquisition and divestiture advice.   Steve frequently serves as the clients’ main banking and investor relationship manager, often during very intense periods.

Steve received his law degree from Suffolk University Law School and his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Bentley College. He received his CPA designation while working at Arthur Andersen, LLP. He is a member of the Boston Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Turnaround Management Association and the Massachusetts Society of Public Accountants.  Steve is also an adjunct professor at Salem State University.
