Dave Berglund

Dave Berglund is a financial management professional with over 25 years of experience serving publicly and privately held companies. Dave began his career in public accounting and then transitioned to private industry working as Controller and Director of Finance for two technology companies. For the past ten years, Dave has been a financial and accounting consultant serving the needs of companies in numerous industries including renewable energy, distribution, agricultural, consumer products and healthcare. Dave’s experience includes financial reporting, restatement, M&A, forensic accounting, SEC compliance, crisis management and business assessment.

Dave received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He received his CPA designation while working at Ernst & Young, LLP.
